FORENSIC ACCOUNTANCY AND LITIGATION SUPPORT
A Forensic Accountant is a professional specialist who can establish
the extent of a financial loss, confirm the reason for the loss, impartially
present those findings in a written report and when required, present
his case as an expert witness to the court.
As an independent expert witness the Forensic Accountant is a servant
of the court and his sole responsibility is to assist the court.
The role requires the Forensic Accountant to utilise his skills when
certain facts are not available. He needs to investigate records and
accounts and then use his experience and knowledge to identify the genuine
areas of claim. The disclosure of the claimant's accounts are the start,
not the finish, of a claim for loss of earnings.
RD asesores offer Forensic Accountancy and Litigation Support nationally.
